Professional History
Lee-Wen has held financial roles of increasing responsibility over the last 30 years. Her experience includes senior leader positions at FedEx and NTT America, where she led global expansions in more than 20 countries. In 2012, she became the first non-Japanese and female CFO in corporate history for NTT Communication (Nippon Telecommunications and Telephone, ranked #55 on Fortune Global 100 companies), a male-dominated industry. She also served as a board member at NTT America and NTT Brazil.
